The Accused was charged with domestic Assault and Uttering Threats. He had no criminal record. The Crown was going to seek a jail sentence if the Accused was found guilty after trial. Thanks to Jason Malloy, he still has no criminal record because Mr. Malloy took the case to trial and got him acquitted of all charges.
